They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
