The wait was absolutely ridiculous for our first visit. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Worker's comp reimbursed, but said we were overcharged. The office said that they did not charge an office visit, which would have been atleast partially reimbursed by WC. We ended up out with over $600.00 out of pocket. The doctor said that my husbands hearing aids in not way contributed to the impacted wax or infection, but to keep his hearing aids out unless he needed to hear (HUH)--- to prevent it from happening again. We found a great ENT in Lugoff.
