I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If someone was really desperate for an ENT doctor, I would recommend them. While they didn't blow me away, they did get the job done. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I had to wait from 20 to 40 minutes even though I had scheduled appointments. No one seemed to be concerned about time. Calling the office was difficult and twice I was put on hold and disconnected.
