Dr. Haines is very upfront about charges for various procedures and is clear about payment options. The staff is very nice, very accomodating, and willing to answer all my questions. I have had two procedures done by Dr. Haines and feel very good about the experiences. He has high standards for safety, always exhibits professionalism and shows concern for his patients.

Dr. Haines has a very nice, very responsive staff. With the exception of one visit (one staff member had phoned in sick) I have been seen promptly. Dr, Haines performed a face lift on me almost a year ago and I am very pleased with the process and the results. I'd recommend him highly.
