Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Waited three hours for a 2:15 pm appointment that I had scheduled two months prior. At 4:45, they were calling back patients who had noon appointments. Staff was sullen, stressed and dispirited. If you need to see this clown, schedule an early morning appointment or be prepared to wait a geologic era to be seen...

Dr. Mardesich is the BEST eye Dr. His skill is incredible. An absolute perfectionist. He is dedicated to his work and patients. He takes time with his patients to answer their questions and concerns and offers solutions and provides alternatives. I have been his patient for a number of years. He recently performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. He restored my sight and I am ever so grateful. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mardesich to anyone.

The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time especially during the recent eye surgery that I had for a cyst that was removed from my lower eyelid. Dr. Mardesich did a beautiful job, and you can't tell there was ever a cyst there.
