They broke my frames and refused to make good on them. very unprofessional and rude. They need to work on thier customer service. I will never return to this office. very unsatisfied....

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
