If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, there was no annoying music
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
