I wasn't entirely convinced that they had my child's best interest in mind. My son asked for his medical records for an operation he had 20 years ago. The office staff gave him a letter that was not worth much. When I called and got a nurse, I was asked to have my son come back in and sign another authorization to request medical records. He received a letter in the mail two weeks ago. I mailed a check to a place name, The Copy Cats, two weeks ago and he STILL does not have his medical records which he needs to join the military. I stop taking my son to Charles Towne Peds because they were extremely slow in seeing their patients who had appointments. After 20 years They are still slow as ever. I am very disappointed

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
