No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

In the hospital we were assigned an awful pediatrician who made our whole experience there a nightmare. However, a nurse recomended Dr. Shuler and he made us feel so comfortable. The office has a seperate room for healthy infants and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Shuler has always been willing to listen to my first time parent questions and has never been critical with the decisions I make concerning my child. I drive 45 minutes to take my daughter to this Dr. and has been worth it!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
