The doctors at this practice are great, and the building is nice. The office staff, however, are incompetent and rude. They charge you for phantom missed visits and then talk down to you like a dog. I am not the only person to whom this has occurred. If you go, please, beware. I would go elsewhere, but Dr Stanton is awesome. They could easily be a five star facility if they could get an office staff to compliment the doctors, not drag them down.
