Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not really, they seemed somewhat distracted

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They are definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I think they are the most knowledgeable, helpful psychiatrist in the field. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
