I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, if anything goes wrong they make every effort to correct the situation. Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. They were extremely late for my most recent appointments, perhaps due to his recent move to Greenville and a larger case load at the hospital.. Though I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up, Dr Craddock is by far the best psychiatrist in this area (and I should know) and I believe the scheduling will get better. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have particularly tried to help me with Social security snafus that date back to 2009. I got a call this morning, in fact, from SSA, asking me to have the doctor or a staff person call them, in an effort to clear this up. I shall do this on my next appointment, Dec. 10. Dr. Craddock is not a participating physician in Social Security, but he follows all the rules--his secretary files all my insurance for me (though SSA seems to be having trouble locating some 2 1/2 years worth of claims) and whatever SSA sends me asking Dr. Craddock to fill out, he never fails to comply. Dr. Craddock is not required to digitally send his SSA claims in--he sends them by US Mail. I don't know if this is why my claims are so far behind, but they do cause me great stress. I blame SSA rather than Hillcrest Behavioral medicine, since I KNOW the claims have been mailed at least 5 times, once by me, registered mail. One could not go wrong choosing Dr. Craddock as his/her psychiatrist. I only wish I could prevail upon him to be my personal GP as well.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
