If you want someone who has been issued a license but doesn't give your loved one appropriate psychiatric care she is the person for you. She has given prescription to patients on initial visits which seems inappropriate (as if kickbacks are being provided) If you hadn't had an opportunity for her to review current/past treatment records beware. Actually beware of anyone who does this regarding medical/psychiatric treatment.

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Did this psychiatrist listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

It was satisfactory

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
Only with clear directions
