Extremely pleasant and through office staff. Very friendly. Dr. Giddens was very professional and I felt very comfortable during my visits. He goes above and beyond in his care for his patients. I would highly recommend Dr Giddens to anyone that is in need of his services. Dr. Giddens performed a Lumbar surgery on me and I feel like new again. He gave me back my quality of life I couldn't be more pleased!!!

Clearly knows that their the only neurosurgeons in the myrtle beach area! All my husband did is ask the receptionist a few questions reguarding his care and she got very nasty and then my husband was released ! In the middle of his care leaving him paralyzed literally! Now he has no treatment until we can find another neurosurgeon. What kind of doctor does this we see commercials all the time to ask questions we do and then were punished for it!

Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
