I called because my 95 yr. old father is a patient and in assisted living. Last night I was called because he was uncontrollably sobbing and wanted to commit suicide. I called to see if Dr. Brown could perhaps up his antidepressant or help I some way. I never got to talk to Dr. Brown of course, but his nurse said he couldn't do anything for him because he missed his last appt. last week and anyway, he didn't prescribe medication for that...(Brown prescribed Zoloft to Dad in the first place!)

Dad was in the hospital overnight and missed the appt. She told me to take him to the emergency room! That is very upsetting to him besides having to wait HOURS to see a doctor!

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider rush your appointment?
No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
