I found the office, but only because I had to call for very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. All my questions were answered and I am confident in the treatments I've been placed on.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
