They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

I'm a GHS employee and Porter is a GHS preffered doctor they filed my husbands visit under the practice number instead of the doctors number. insurance said it was out of network. i called and told them to refile under the doc's number a week and a half later I called back to see if they'd refiled...No it's sittin on the insurance persons desk because she doesn't know what to do with it (guess it's a dumb idea to call the insurance company or the patient and see what is needed for the claim to pay)Fast forward two additional weeks they still haven't refiled and had the nerve to send me a bill! (Not knowing I've already straightened it out with insurance and the check is literally in the mail) Unless you WANT to do YOUR job AND the insurance persons job find another doctor.
