They're usually able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Dr. Rutledge is my doc and she is a wonderful doctor.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
