Dr. Ramsbottom is very good. He takes his time to discuss any issue.
He is very responsive in getting back to me. He is very knowledgeable and if he does not know enough, he will refer you to a specialist to see.
Once per year, we get lab work by Cleveland Clinic and then takes over an hour to review the results. Also reviews other testing as well, like eyes, hearing, etc.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
