They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I have been his patient since he arrived in the area. I have never had too much trouble getting in touch with him or getting an appointment even in an emergency. Wait time has been limited. Have and will continue to recommend him to anyone.
Found Dr. Anderson on a referral from the emergency room physician that I was forced to visit when my regular family doctor was "too busy" to see me. I switched to Dr. Anderson the following day and he has been my primary physician ever since. I was a former hospital administrator and a retired attorney. I have dealt with all manner of physicians over the years and based on my several years of treatment with Dr. Anderson, he is clearly in the top tier of providers. My only concern in giving him such a glowing recommendation is that more people will select him as their primary physician and his office will become more difficult in terms of scheduling. Still, I have never had to wait more than a few days to be seen, and in cases where I am ill or have an injury, I am usually able to get in within a matter of hours.
Those who choose Dr. Anderson will be very glad they did.
The doctor was rude, arrogant and condescending and that attitude permeates his staff. They are singularly unhelpful. They absolutely refused to assist us or to follow up and seemed to relish in making people wait and in refusing to provide simple service. As a follow-up we simply needed a form signed that the Doctor had signed previously, we were told it would be at least a week before the doctor could get to it though we could hear him and the nurse. In the time it took to tell us it would be another week, he could have signed the form. This doctor is the text book example of what is wrong with physicians and their relationships with their patients.
