They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
