Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Dr. Greene was incredibly disrespectful, and can take her accusations, that's right, accusations elsewhere.

They were so friendly and really put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
