Without a doubt, they were the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. I can't believe they're still practicing. It was obvious that they didn't clean their office very often. It definitely could've used it. Rivinus is a thief he double boiled me and my insurance. I had to report him to get him to pay. He said he was broke so he could only pay over time. II was very disappointed.
