They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were extremely friendly, and put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. She is very knowledgeable and is very skilled. Always seems to hit the perfect spot when giving steroid injection in lumbar spine. She is the only one that has consistent results with this procedure. She is one of the few pain doctors who genuinely considers patient opinion when treatment concerns are involved. She also is considerate of patient feelings and worries. Literally walked into office in severe pain and walked out in comfort.
