He seems like a nice man, but his diagnosis was completely way off the mark. It was his word against three other therapists and a psychiatrist at Penn. I am glad I didn't fall into his trap and accept his boxed view of the world.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
