They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
I had my terbinates removed.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Although it appeared that they were considering my input when deciding on a treatment method, I'm not sure that they really cared. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.
