EVERY TIME I have an appointment I have to wait FOREVER. They were several hours behind on my last three appointments. I was satisfied with my visit when I was finally seen by the doctor. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was really hoping to get some answers to my questions about my condition, but so far we are still working on it.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
