LOVE Shapiro. My son is scheduled to get tubes in a week. It took us quite a long time to get in to see him, but it was worth the wait. He was etremely thorough and made my son feel comfortable (he is 17-months old). He explained everything to us and took his time. The only reason he didn't get 6 stars is because of the delay in getting into see him.
