Dr. Lutins addressed my chronic UTI symptoms with no concern. He told me simply to abstain from sex, and sent me on my way. He did not test my urine, or send it off for a culture. No antibiotics, which was the absolute least he could do. I am thankful that I only have Interstitial Cystitis and not something more serious such as cancer, which I see in other reviews that Dr. Lutins has ignored as well. This doctor should not be practicing and I'm going to make sure that his connected health networks will hear about my experience. If you've had a bad experience please do research on who to call to get this guy shut down.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I would never go to anyone else. They are the best in the field.

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

No, I never saw one
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No. I wasn't listened to at all!

I know that I can always count on them. I had an emergency recently, and I was so relieved that they took my call right away. I've never seen better parking at any doctor's office. I found a spot literally within seconds, and it was right next to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
