I should have checked out the surveys on him before going, so I could have been prepared for the uncaring, pompous and buffoon of a doctor I met.
A disgrace to the profession.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Would you refer this rehabilitation specialist to a family member or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were one of the most knowledgeable doctor's I've ever met, and were able to answer every single one of my questions.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
