I would give Dr. Kamen 5 stars except I have such difficulty getting in touch with anyone on the phone. I am having difficulty with the medication subscribed and o one gets back to me, it is like I am calling a phone number and leaving a message, but no one ever listens to the messages.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Whenever I see them, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. They're always making an extra effort to make all their patients feel special and respected. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush my appointment. I’ve been other places that only spent a few minutes with me, but they didn’t do that here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, they were on time

Without a doubt!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was this provider's office too cold?
No, it was fine
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I waited forever for my appointment!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of me. They are by far the best in the field. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm glad that my appointment went the way it did. It made me want to return all the more.
