I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
