Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. My child absolutely loves Michael Harkness, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
