The ladies at the front desk are really helpful - I've been to other offices where I've had an unpleasant experience with the office managers. The nurses are really great, too. But, I really like Dr. Harkness. The whole office does such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
