I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!
