No, they didn't wear any cologne

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

The doctors are responsive to my needs during and outside of office hours. I was a patient during my childhood and now bring my children to this practice.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more and I wasn't very impressed. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first.

The front desk staff is so nice and I've never waited on hold for more than 2 minutes.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
