The wait time after arriving was longer than expected and with a newborn baby it seemed like an eternity with him crying the entire time. I spent nearly an hour in the exam room just waiting for the doctor to come in. This has happened all three times in this office

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
