I've been under the care of Dr. Gonzalez for 15 years. He deserves a 5 star rating, however, the office staff's service isn't a 5-star. He moved from one office with an entirely different set up and office workers to the new location which started with an entirely different group of office workers to the group in charge now. Diane is one of the nicest people. Kim is very rude and an absolute bitch who won't bend or do anything more than she absolutely has to and the new girl is very polite and does her job. If he would only get rid of Kim the office would be a much better and friendlier environment.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. The ladies (used very loosely) up front are perhaps the worst office staff I've come in contact with. I would like to believe that if Dr. Gonzalez knew even a fraction of how his staff represents him that he'd be disappointed. However, it seems quite convenient that after every crappy review is a great review. Come on ladies, if you suck and are being told so quite often, please don't write your own reviews to make you all look better. Find a new job that doesn't deal with people :)

I didn't feel my daughter was safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Minimum wait is usually 1 hour. The person that works the desk and answers the phone are very unprofessional, not compassionate and rude....especially for patience that need special care. I would never recommend them to anyone. Dr Gonzalez made my situation even worse, by prescribing a medication that she is addicted to and abuses, even when a letter was written on several occasions to stop giving it to her. He is a drug dealer

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was actually told that what I feel does not matter because I am not a doctor and have no medical opinion. I feel like my appointments were pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I didn't feel safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Wait times can exceed an hour, and appointments are never taken on time.
