They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
