Entire office seems to be not so people friendly. I have had multiple procedures,( like cutting off a piece of cervix each time) that I find out now, I didn’t need.
Just be careful! Always opt for a second opinion!

Dr. Plucknett “missed” two large fibroids on several ultrasounds. Her office tech actually told me I had a huge fibroid while I was getting the ultrasound. The Dr. told me She wasn’t concerned but I should continue to get expensive test after expensive test. I got a third opinion. My new Dr. agrees with Plucknett’s tech. My fibroids are so large that my uterus is actually pushed sideways. The fact Plucknett “missed” these fibroids was concerning to me. I wonder if she even looked at the results before my mandatory office visit to get my results. I called Plucknett’s office to get my records and they said I had to pay for them! I found this extremely suspicious! I believe Plucknett was stringing me along so they could get as much money out of my insurance company as they could without ever having to do anything to help me. Please, do yourself a favor, do not let yourself be strung along by this Dr. like I was!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like I was being rushed through when my turn came up to be seen. Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort to get back to me with the status of my lab work. Constant phone calls were made to the office requesting my lab work results and I would get the run around. If I were in some kind of an emergency I would go to the emergency room. Otherwise, I'm going to look for another GYN that handles their patients more efficiently.
