Dr. Rutman was my doctor for two babies, and I feel that I received top quality care from her, and that she was also very respectful and supportive of my preferences. Yes, sometimes there is a long wait at her office, and sometimes it can feel a bit rushed during the appointments, but unfortunately that is the reality of medicine these days. When it came to actual labor and delivery, she worked hard and gave me all the time and care one could ask for.

Visited this Dr. Rutman 4 to 5 times during my pregnancy. It is very difficult to communicate with her, and she was very hesitant to answer my questions. After usually waiting for 1 to 2 hours, she would not even give me 5 minutes. It was too much, so eventually changed my doctor.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The care I received during my pregnancy was wonderful and my regular checkups were thorough and professional.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The equipment really needs to be updated. I was scared that something might break during my appointment. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there. They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions. I had to explain everything, which was very inconvenient. Also they falsely bill you for services they did not provide you so that you have to pay a copay rather than billing you for there services they actually did.
