They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They mentioned a couple of side effects that may result from my medication, but the benefits were really emphasized. I could have used a little bit more info about the risks and benefits of my treatment. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I had to wait for a little while.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
