They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

My father went to Dr. Caplan due to neck shaking and heaviness in his legs. Dr. Caplan diagnosed my father with arthritis of the back. My father went back because his symptoms had worsened and Dr. Caplan sent him away saying there was nothing he could do for him. Luckily my father sought a second opinion and was diagnosed with a brain tumor! Needless to say, he will never go back to Dr. Caplan again. He should have his license revoked!
