She was cold, almost like she was doing us a favor. She told me nothing more than what I read on the internet. I wasted my time. She did try to smile a little but it looked like a big effort on her part. Sorry I am being honest.

She barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
