Dr. Rogan is an exceptional doctor. He's very intelligent, seeks answers to problems, and is very concerned and cares about his patients. The office staff at Geisinger Lake Scranton aren't the best. Some are rude and impatient and it can be rather difficult to get an appt. To see Dr. Rogan is worth all that. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I have many times.

One of the best physicians I've ever known (and I've known quite a few as I'm a nurse!)...very thorough, pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Rogan to anyone. I'm very pleased with my medical care and feel very confident that I'll be treated appropriately.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. A couple of times they've stayed open hours past their closing time to help me.
