Dr. Fly is a very pleasant, personable physician. However, I expect an annual physical exam to be complete and not just a stethescope to my heart and lungs. I said my ear hurt at times, so she looked in one ear, but not the other. She commented that my eardrum was inflamed and had fluid in the middle ear, but didn't recommend or offer any advice or treatment. This is a practice of six physicians, but when I needed a few stitches on my thumb [during office hours], they told me to go to the ER because they don't do even minor suturing. An emergency room would have charged a bundle [including a $175 co-pay] so I went to a physician with a walk-in practice and had my thumb sutured for my $20 co-pay.. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They are always quick to say, "go to the emergency room," for medical care need even during office hours if their schedule is full. I had blood work done one time and I didn't learn until my next annual exam that I had abnormal test results. That's not good.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. She (Dr. Fly) is very easy to talk to about any medical issues as they arise in a personable nature. Despite having chronic pain issues, she dones't just give up on me as other doctors have.
