I went there for over 20 years and left when they hired a few of the staff that are extremely rude. My fiance' is with them now and is having the same problems. She went in with an eye infections and was told her appointment was cancelled without previous notice. She was told to leave as they had sick people to take care of and she was wasting their time. She called to get a medication refilled for Torrette's and was told to go to a hospital 25 miles away.He has the worst staff I have ever experienced. On a previous visit she asked to lower the dosage of a medicine and they took her off of it after 9 years without ever discussing stopping the medicine.They are argue when you try to discuss an issue. The people answering the phones believe they are a doctor and will tell you what to do without consulting he doctor. They will give the doctor incorrect information when you call and leave messages. Dr. Petz is okay, but it is unlikely you will get to see him when needed as the staff plays God with their egos.

We love Dr Petz and would follow him anywhere. His staff is courteous and he goes above and beyond to address all issues. When I was in the hosp he visited me then called at home when discharged to check on me. A rare breed these days.
