The voice mail system is reasonable you're not on hold very long. It's nice to be able to just ask for the nurse's voice mail and know she will get back to you as soon as she can. The staff is always friendly. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. Dr. Wertheimer helped me through the whole caregiving process for both of my parents and has always been wonderful to me. His nurses are the best.
