Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?

They can be very unkind, snappy, when you make an appointment. No long wait, though. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Very fair charges. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I noticed that they talk about other patients, which makes me feel real bad. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. Call mid-morning or mid-afternoon...the rest they're on break and cannot be reached which feels scary!
