I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for migraines for the past year. I am still happy with Dr. Bennett himself and his level of care, but I'm not sure what is going on with his administrative staff. The office staff is less than pleasant to deal with (prescription refills, appointments and reschedules, etc.); it seems that lack of customer service and rudeness is a requirement at this office. It also taken me literally months to get a refill on a necessary prescription. If you were wanting to reschedule an appointment due to a conflict, it could again be months before you will see the doctor and the staff treats you like you committing a crime to change your appointment. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what, but if he wasn't the best in the area for migraine treatment, I would take my business elsewhere due to the office administrative issues.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
